Junior Achievement of Waterloo Region is proud to be celebrating 40 years of providing business education and stay in school programs since 1970. More than 13,000 kids from grade 3-12 will experience one of our Junior Achievement programs this year. The “Junior Achievement Experience” helps young people understand the complex world of business, finance, banking, entrepreneurship, leadership and provides workplace readiness skills.

Robert began his career with IBM mainframe sales. In 1990 he started BRAK Systems Inc, one of North America's first and foremost security integrators which was later sold to AT&T. Mr. Herjavec went on to found The Herjavec Group (THG) which has become the country's largest security integrator in five short years. He is one of the stars of TV's Dragon's Den and Shark Thank who loves to challenge and inspire entrepreneurs.
